As a Wellington life coach, I provide a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore what may be holding you back, recognise your strengths and create a clear plan for moving forward.
Life coaching may support you with career direction, confidence, communication, relationships, productivity, personal growth and major life transitions. Sessions are available in Wellington or online throughout New Zealand.
Rather than telling you what to do, coaching helps you uncover your own answers, challenge limiting beliefs and remain accountable to the goals that matter to you.

Coaching is a positive trajectory forward. It can encompass all aspects of your life. I will be viewing coaching with you holistically. I can support progress to impact your life exponentially.
