Clinical Supervision in New Zealand

Service – Supervision

Professional, Reflective and Supportive Supervision

I provide professional clinical supervision for counsellors, addiction practitioners, mental health professionals and others working in health and wellbeing roles throughout New Zealand.

As a DAPAANZ-accredited supervisor, I offer a safe, confidential and reflective space where you can discuss client work, ethical considerations, professional challenges and your own wellbeing.

Clinical supervision is tailored to your experience, professional requirements and area of practice. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and grounded in extensive experience across mental health, addiction, youth wellbeing and maternal health.

Sessions are available in person in Wellington or online throughout New Zealand.

Hi, I’m Fiona a DAPAANZ accredited supervisor seeking supervisees.

My strengths in supervision lie in my genuine, open approach, and the connection I build with the person in front of me. I am committed to supporting you as a professional—so you can provide the best possible care to others, while also looking after yourself.

Supervision is tailored to your needs and can be reflective, practical, and growth-focused.

Outside of work I enjoy barre and walking my dog for fitness. I started doing ballet last year! I like going to quiz night, movies, and connecting with family and friends.

Please feel free to contact me if you’d like to talk about supervision with me.

  • I found Fiona through a school counsellor. She is amazing to talk to—very honest and easy to open up to about anything. I’ve struggled with learning, and she has helped me find different ways to work through it and given me opportunities to learn new things.

She is always there to talk about anything and can help you find your path and move forward. She is very dedicated and truly amazing.
    Drew
  • Fiona has an innate ability to create safe spaces for personal growth and development. She is positive, motivating, and perceptive. For me, having Fiona in my corner to support and guide has been priceless.
    Lauren
  • My unravelling birth trauma sessions were valuable. I was able to start processing the trauma at a level I have not done or been taught to do, in a healthy manner. It has left me feeling empowered and ready to let go of those things I couldn't control. I can look at my beautiful little boy and know I did everything I could in that moment.
    Rebecca
  • I have found Fiona to be absolutely wonderful.

She has helped me work through some challenges I have been facing and has given me helpful advice on how to overcome them. Fiona has a great way of asking the right questions—things I often have going through my head but don’t always know how to express.

I always feel so much better after seeing her, and I genuinely look forward to our catch-ups. I’m very grateful for her support and guidance.
    Sally
